Deposits


It is common practice for salons to take a deposit for colour services. Due to a large number of cancellations or no-shows, as of 1/11/2021 we have started to implement a new policy concerning cancellations.


Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment via email or a phone call will be processed without a penalty.


What is the new policy?


Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment will be subject to a charge of half of the total price for that service. In order to facilitate this, all appointments that will take more than one hour will be subject to a deposit payment of 50% of the total cost. This may be paid over the phone or in person, at the time of the booking. Should you make an appointment via our online booking system, please call the salon to pay the 50% deposit.


If Hanns cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
